Just Benny

Poor little BennyBoo hardly ever gets any love on this blog. It's probably because the only time I have a free hand to take a picture or two, he's in bed. So here are a few of our most recent pictures of Benny.

He's got the least amount of hair of any of my kids at this age. And the blondest.
Trying my best to capture how chubby he's gotten over the past few weeks. Check out that double chin.

There's a chubby little face! Poor thing claws at his face so much. And he rubs his nose against the sheets while he's falling asleep. So it usually looks like he got in a brawl.

So it's time to upload the last 3 months of our life...in very little order...

Our little trouble maker. You know he's about to break something.

Her hair is so wild.

My little Loves on Valentines Day

We've recently stopped giving Violet naps and sometimes it's a little too much for her.

BennyBoo!!!

Zachary felt left out one day when the girls were playing dress up. He looks like the chubby fairy from Sleeping Beauty.

Violet watches Angelina Ballerina ALL the time and has picked up quite a bit of knowledge from the show. I never watch with her (she watches during quiet time on the ipad) so I'm always surprised when she shows me new moves that she's picked up from the show.

Still sleeps with her eyes open.

Zachary gets the most hilarious expressions on his face when he tries to smile for the camera. It's like he's trying SO hard to get his mouth to smile, but all the effort is concentrating in his eyes.

This one is by far the funniest.

Looks like a psychopath.

Got one! But it's still kinda funny.

This is my favorite of Zachary's camera awkward-ness. When he saw I was taking a picture of Violet, he went and stood in front of her and "smiled".

We had a little birthday party for Violet the week after her birthday. She insisted on having a picnic at her party so we did a garden theme.

She was SO excited for her birthday this year.

Violet, Brooklynn and Miley had a blast on New Years Eve. I figured I'd toss Violet in bed once she got grumpy or became a burden but it never happened. They just played allll night (mostly in this closet) and were as happy as could be.

These three made it all the way to midnight.

New Years Eve my mom and dad and claire and me and the kids borrowed Jenn's van and drove to the Temple. Violet was SO excited to see the temple. She thinks pretty much anything with a steeple is a temple but she was thrilled to see the one in pictures in our house. And Zachary just loved climbing all over the nativity on the lawn.

On her birthday, Violet woke up and had cake batter pancakes and opened her gifts from Mommy and Daddy and Brothers...and apparently Claire, because that tea set was from her.

All ready for her Birthday date at Sea World with Daddy. She was so excited to go with out her brothers and so excited to meet Uncle Paul and Brooklynn and Maylee there.

Mommy and the Birthday Girl.

We went to Gma and Gpa's house for ice cream and cake the night of Violet's birthday.

We drove to Utah the day after Christmas and spent a couple days there. It was Benny's first time in Utah. Or out of California for that matter.
Bundled up for his first time in cold weather. "Hmmmm, I think I like it!"

Three sleeping babies at once. A miracle! The drive to Utah we had Violet and Zachary car sick and throwing up while Benny slept the whole way. On the way home, nobody slept more than 2 hours totally and we had a LOT of crying and screaming. Noooooo fun.

Christmas Day

Our sleeping BooBop on Christmas morning

Violet and her Aunt Anna. When I ask Violet who she loves she always says the same thing. "I love Anna and Brooklynn and Maylee. I don't love any other kids because Zachary and Benjamin are just screaming boys."
